Student travel grants

We are offering student grants (€500 each) to cover part of the travel and registration expenses. To apply, send us a zip file containing:

• A grant application document (PDF)
• A copy of your student ID
• A letter of support from your supervisor

The grant application should be 1 page maximum. It should contain the following:

• Full name, address, university
• Date when the PhD started
• Topic of the PhD and supervisor(s)
• A short CV describing your current research and publications related to the conference topic
• Why attending the workshop would be beneficial to you

The application should be sent to lorraine(dot)goeuriot(at)imag(dot)fr by the 20th of May.
